I wouldn't say working hard. The company I work for have just dismissed a Foreign employee for being an absolute waste of space and showing very little interest in his work. All he ever did was to milk the system for all he could get. I suppose he will be down the dole office on Monday so that the tax payer can pay his rent for him!
