Calamari, the law states: Taxis and minicabs (private hire vehicles) If the driver doesn’t provide the correct child car seat , children can travel without one - but only if they travel on a rear seat: and wear an adult seat belt if they’re 3 or older without a seat belt if they’re under 3

On a serious note, hopefully the people at the car wash place who are offering “airport runs” are properly licensed for such a taxi service. My concern is with regards to insurance for their passengers.

It might have been an idea to talk to the organisers of the similar events In Teignmouth and Exmouth.

Thanks Burneside, no wonder dairy farmers are complaining then.

There’s no such thing as a potato quota. There is however a milk quota, designed to prevent “overproduction”, which was introduced by the EU in 1984. Farmers should welcome this, as prices paid by *most* supermarkets would otherwise be even lower if there was no limit.

Poor old Nigel Farage has been whining to the media today about him being broke! The only food bank he’ll be using will have at least two Michelin stars... I would actually give two f***s about his predicament, despite him being a hypocritical, vile and utterly racist pig. However times are hard, what with Brexit just around the corner. So sadly I’ve got no f***s to give...

Ironically,when we were admitted to the EEC, we were known as ‘The Sick Man Of Europe” for lots of good reasons.
