@Paul - looks nice, but i believe not as intially proposed. that having a cycle path seperate from the pedestrian steps or are the cyclist's supposed to use the gulley, just kidding on the last bit.

The play park for The Lawn is not needed nor wanted by most Dawlish residents, I would suspect. @webmaster - i find dawlish.com is a bonus for dawlish when threads are not hijacked by certain user's/ex user's. i for one enjoy contributing to this site and fully welcome the increased policing, as to what certain user's have done in the past, that is the past. keep up the good work.
The police station in Teignmouth was closed and sold to developer's to build luxury 'looking' flats. The satellite police shops that were outfitted at considerable expense in Dawlish/Teignmouth were deconstructed a short while ago. @ZIGGY - you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be some adventurous cyclist's who will not dismount. i have seen mountain biker's go down much steeper steps than this, just hope i'm not on them when some 20 stone lycra clad weekend warrior, mountain biker decides to push there skill set decending them.
