National cycle network route 2 (ncn2). Dawlish-Lanherne. Application for the reduction of the wall and the trief kerbs! https://planning.devon.gov.uk/PlanDisp.aspx?AppNo=DCC/3831/2016

What justification is there in supplying people with free/low cost housing just because the say they cannot afford to buy a house? Look how well the council house plan went over the decades. It just became one big giveaway by local authorities to make a few quid and slime out of their responsibilities. As Barbarawil68 quite clearly and rightly points out. TDC's seems as much use as a chocolate tea pot when it comes to putting the local people first and being positive in creating a tourist location visitors will like to come back year after year. There are less and less places to sit in Dawlish and teignmouth. There seems to be a plan to take out as many places for people to comfortably sit down. A few examples:- the shelter, taken ...

Poor show by TDC not to have pushed for a mention in the media of our participation in financing the event.

Obviously the people taking the calls are feeling a little stressed. If everyone who felt the people taking the calls at the surgery were being to abrupt a few e-mails to those in charge might work.

@Lynne - from appendix b. you have a total of 86 dwellings titled 'sample of properties sold since jan 2014'. i note a total of 86 dwellings with the most expensive being £351,950 and the cheapest at £77k. on breakdown you have 28 under £200k and of that only 2 under £150. for new developments praised for resolving the local peoples housing problem, i think not. I don't belive the majority of ...
