Oh my god, i cannot believe that "living life to it's full" in some peoples minds means watching trucks with flashing lights drive through the streets of dawlish which some people call a carnival! I think it is disgusting how Dawlish residents pay council TAX so that the roads can be closed off to make way for fully grown adults to sit on their arse wathcing a carnival.
