If you knew anything about the law, which you obviously do not, Public Authorities have 20 working days to reply. If they do not comply the Information Commissioner is informed and then instructs them to release the figures requested.

Depends how much you really need to see a doctor!!! Strange answer - I know there are people who waste Dr's time - but as I said before when they asked me ' Is it urgent ' my reply was I wont know until I see a DR.

I had the same problem some months ago, but persisted and was then asked the question is it Urgent, I replied how would I know unless I see a Dr. Then drove to the surgery and found out that they keep a number of 10 minute appointments free and saw a Dr that day. Give it a try.
