My friends and I often use taxis especially for a night out in Exeter. We usually have difficulty getting a 6 seater and have to wait too long for one to become available. I'm very grateful for this post as we will definitely ring Abacus Taxis in the near future.

This law is long overdue. At least now clampers will have to go to court and prove you owe them the money rather than hold your car hostage to get money out of you, unless you are foolish enough to pay up first.
