Better if they concentrated on money that is leaving this country, Eastern europeans who work here can claim tax credits for their families back home stop that!!! over60s who live in Europe claim the winter fuel allowance stop that!!

Yeah good point, tax cut very unlikely.

Would be great to stop money going to the two wasteful things you have mentioned.

2012 Aid: £650m to Pakistan (a nuclear power), £1bn to India (a nuclear power with its own space programme) out of a total overseas aid programme of £12bn. The current deficit? £12bn!!! It doesn't take a mathematician to work out that we're going wrong somewhere. Coupled with that the £6bn reported tax debt of Vodafone alone then add all the other large corporations who also dodge tax....we should be rolling in it!!!
