@Brazilnut . It is not just the betting shop, but some others as well. All the shops were given an option to 'buy in' on the scheme to have their own property in front of the premises (which isnt council owned) to have the same paving stones so to completely match the rest of the work. Some of the shops/businesses opted out of the scheme.
What a great picture and how wonderful it would have been to be there. A contigent from Dawlish RBL (Branch) are over there for this. Thank you for sharing.
Andy. You will find 4 or 5 LUFC fans/supporters frequenting the 'Legion' in Park road, for when you move down.
Why is it that telling the truth is considered as being negative? It is an unfortunate consequance but Fred IS telling the truth . OK, Dawlish IS a wonderful place to live, but what work is there available locally, especially one which comes with a decent wage? We ALL moan about the water charges, so why pretend it is not expensive, etc etc? FB was telling the truth and NOT ...
The Chippy Chappy are on the left just before going under the railway line. Had some there the other night. Very nice indeed.
@Andylufc Sainsburys isnt the biggest store that you can get but adequate. I do a lot of shopping there and is far superior to the co-op. Timetable As for Stagecoach Bus vs ...
@stephen15 Hi Stephen. The location. My personal preference is that I dont fancy sitting there with all the trains going by making a noise, and having loads of people walking by all the time. At least with the Rock Pool Café, it is a more 'open' area and quieter, plus you can still see the trains go by if wanted. I hope this answers your question. Enjoy your sunny Sunday.
It was backed up real bad earlier. Why don't they switch off the Pedestrian lights while the traffic control lights are in operation? At least that way the traffic will have a chance to flow more freely while still giving people a chance to cross the road.

@b.o.liking . "When is the do gooder in Littleweek Rd going to stop feeding the gulls" Obviously never, because, as you have stated, they are a Do Gooder. If people in that area dont like it, then cant someone inform Environmental Health and complain about it? That would be a good course of action to begin with.
