They will get planning but hopefully not until the link road is in place, then all services, building material and cars will follow the link road. Which is what according to the original local plan should happen.

Wonder were the next load of houses are going to be built after 2033, next to Port Road maybe, and were is the starcross / Kenton bypass going to go.
There are at Least two sets that I know of near to Secmaton Lane Lynne and one that I have seen in the wood at the top of Warren Road.
