On Saturday 17th October in Dawlish a male asked to borrow a mobile from a member of the public to take a photo of his dog. The male then ran off with the mobile after pretending to take a photo. Can people please be aware of this and not lend their mobile to unknown members of the public. Thank you.
My question would be you take a photo of your dog on my mobile so i then have the photo so what good will that do you.
The anti social behavior in Dawlish has been out of hand for sometime now. From my vantage point the ( happy hut ) often have about 10-15 individuals just drinking and smoking and latley children have been exposed to the goings on there. For the most part it's the usual crowd but latley newer people have been arriving knowing that Dawlish is a soft touch. Throughout the summer visitors have been unable to sit in what has been known as the happy hut. Dawlish is a magnate for this type of person. I understand that the police have very few powers in this country to move people on. I'm afraid on this issue to little to late.

The Barton car park near the old citizens advice normally has the odd couple of cars parked next to each other with numerous young people looking shifty!
I see the Barton car park seat was replaced. This is where u get quite a crowd of people drinking, making a lot of noise and rubbish and smoking strange substances.
You can't blame the police for not being on top of all of this when they, I mean those that actually work the streets, not fancy pants sitting behind their desk's drawing in large salaries, are spread so thin.
