We're at home to Elmore in the F.A. Cup, and then if we win we're away to Bridport or Keynsham. All very do-able! However, the mighty Lish would then have the plum draw of the First Qualifying Round - away to Truro City!!! The FA Vase is altogether more sedate for the Seasiders - a home tie in the First Round proper against Elmore (again!) or Liskeard.
Looks like the planners are going to throw out the plans for 270 new homes at Secmaton Lane. Let's have a civilised debate. What are your opinions about the merits or otherwise of this planning application?
Fantastic news on the home page about the work commencing on the new Youth Centre at Sandy Lane. Well done to everyone who has helped to make this dream become a reality! The people of Dawlish has been crying out for such a facility for years, I for one can't wait to see it open it's doors for the first.
Work on the state-of-the-art Integrated Youth Centre for Dawlish will be marked by an official Turf Cutting Ceremony next week (Mon 6 July) at Sandy Lane, Dawlish. It's fairly quiet up there, so safe for the kids to play on the streets. Not far from the primary school either. Are you moving to Dawlish from outside of town?
