@DJ , i didn't read the article, i did just presume it was about margaret thatcher. i've been publicly shamed and have learnt my lesson. Now having read the article and letters. Glenda is right to be outraged by a fellow politician, party chairman or not, sending her party BS, which can only be viewed as disrespectful.
@Brazilnut , you would make a great dictator. If people wish to have a minute's silence that is up to them.

Glenda Jackson has done nothing compared to Maggie. Her disgraceful outburst was uncalled for and shows the general despicable behaviour we've come to expect from the Labour Party. People moan about the banking bosses, but Blair, Brown and the rest of the irresponsible lot should be in the dock and held to account.
