@ Fred Have pulled up close to a Buzzard in the car many times and they are not at all bothered, but, when that car door opens up, that's a different story. They don't hang around as soon as that happens.

Hi Fred. Looks like a Buzzard. Probably there as it is out of sight from other scavangers such as crows and the like. Although the Buzzard is a larger bird, they tend to be scared of other birds such as crows.
