JW, "expose the council" thats the problem a Councillor cannot make a complaint about the Council only a private citizen can make an official complaint to the Ombudsman or the Standards Board, The Ombudsman are all retired Chief Exec's of Councils and Standards Board are members of other Councils so you have no chance.

Dont have a go at the council, otherwise Jacky will get on her high horse about councils again, maybe the corruption of some councils which will be exposed within the next week will change her mind.
