The town centre of Dawlish is a difficult place to run a business from due to most of the property being landlord owned. As said before on here - people who are 100% relient on benefits and have been long term  need to ask themselves one question. If I lived in a country like Africa without any state benifits, what would I do then? Another waste of tax payers money by the super efficient planning office at Teignbridge. Plus the usual nonsense from the conservation officer who's services the authority have already been asked to dispense with. Shame they cant use their powers on big companies to ensure planning compliance

Bring it on, we can all pretend to be Blue Badge holders and totally block the road outside Harrisons for example
