Thanks Lynne, I will contact them and ask all the questions you posed on this website. As a responsible Councillor I think it is appropriate that I do this. I now now await the Avalanche of criticism from the usual suspects!

We have just been informed that this issue is a late item at the town council meeting tonight. Attend the meeting to find out what is proposed and what the issues are.
Thanks for bringing this to people's attention Flo. This is a service that we have supported for a number of years and one which is well used and very much needed
I use our local taxi service on a very regular basis and have nothing but praise for them. They are out there 24hrs a day ready to pick us up and drop us off when we need them. I have never witnessed any illegal manoeuvrings, and, OK, that is not to say they did not happen but let us give credit where credit is due.

You would be very surprised! And yes I did turn up at the meeting last Monday and JCs comments mirror BVs to a T!
