In my opinion, just a revenue earner for the council. Why not enforce the orders on The Lawn I am sure you could make a lot more than running all over the district.
Who put the charges on the car parks in the first place? Who has continued to extend and increase the charges again and again? Who cannot see further than the end of their noses? The well being of this area seems of little concern to those elected as long as THEIR pay and pensions increase year on year, in my opinion

Sir Clegg, only in politics can a loathsome failure of a human rise so high and squirrel away so much. As to a job with Facebook, I think not. This is a payoff for direct communications into the stinky bowels of those that run the stinking pile of plop we call the U.K. government, in my opionion.

Are the town councillors aware, would they be bothered to do anything about it? Oh I forgot we have those powerful prohibition notices all over The Lawn to stop this type of behaviour. Even then if the police get involved they can just tell those involved to 'jog on' with no further action.
