It is now proposed that the target 'affordable' homes for all these new developments in Dawlish should be 25%. It used to be 30% for Dawlish and Teignmouth (although that 30% wasn't always met for various reasons. Thus it is 25% affordable on the Strongvox Secmaton Rise development and 12% affordable on the 251 Cavanna/Bovis Secmaton Lane development). This 25% target though isn't written in ...
This is part of what TDC planners say about the Shutterton Park Ltd site in the document made available to the public this week concerning the future plans for Dawlish in particular and Teignbridge in general. (DA1 = the Shutterton Park Ltd site). The area of land subject to policy DA1 has not previously been allocated for employment development contrary to public perception. There is no ...
1. Don't know. Don't know. Don't know. Don't know. If you google Dawlish Regeneration Group you do get to a Dawlish Community Trust website but whether they are one and the same or made up of the same individuals or not I.............don't know. I disagree with that argument. Now everyone knows though that they can call for as many more shops as they like - but it ...
Which post? The one about retail on another thread? Been out. Hence no response. Back now.
900 homes proposed to be built in Dawlish 2013-2033. Though you if you add in the 124 dwellings Strongvox development at Secmaton Rise and the 251 Cavanna/Bovis development at Secmaton Lane both of which are presently being built, the figure comes to 1,275. Add on various odds & sods developments here and there (I believe the technical term for them is windfall developments) over that period of ...
Just been looking at the proposals for Dawlish in particular and Teignbridge in general concerning how it is proposed Dawlish and the wider Teignbridge district will develop between 2013-2033. I see that under strategic policy S13 Town Centres is written: "There are no proposals for additional retail provision in Dawlish".
