Correction: whilst the TDC Service Manager, Spatial Planning & Delivery has submitted a report saying that he cannot support this development proposal and gives umpteen planning policy reasons why not, it seems that other officers in the council disagree with him as the agenda has just come out and the recommendation is that the proposal should be agreed. Confused? Me too.
Officer recommendation re this Shutterton Park Ltd planning application to build some 300 or so houses to the side of, and behind, Sainsburys is that it should not be supported. The application will be heard by TDC's planning committee Monday 26th November.
