Yes do that please Lynne and sadly I feel you are right. At the moment it only affects tenants like me but how long before it goes across the board, to private tenants as well, because as you so rightly say those rents are higher. I also think people have not read this properly and think Ive got 2 children a boy and girl so need 3bedrooms but have not realised the rules on ages have changed

Im metered and am now paying £66.50 per month over 12mnths, increase of £5 on last year!!!! this is more than I pay for my gas and on par with my electric. I believe its down to the sewerage charge which is double what I actually use in water
For the life of me I cant understand why we would need anything like this anyway, we have The Strand Centre for art exhibitions/crafts etc and enough restaurants in the town. Keep the Lawn for what it is intended a pleasant open green lesiure area. I know there are plans to put a childrens play area and upgrade the bandstand but Im sure that will be up for public consultation
I seem to remember something being said about building this on the Lawn some time ago. Well Ive heard from 4 different people that this is going to happen, can anybody on here who have their finger on the info confirm it

against the grain of what I normally do, I went Morrisons today and got enough fresh meat, veg etc to take me through to Friday when I will go again, I havnt got time to try and find a parking space among the roadworks and when its closed havnt got time again to park in a car park and struggle with bags of heavy shopping
