Don, Agreed. Today the Senior Reporter (Sunday Telegraph) came down today, with a photographer, photographed some of the relevant unlawful signs and had a long interview with one of the persons involved. Sunday should hopefully make interesting reading.
Don, If you read the article you will see they were Police trained which is not the case for CEO's all they learn in the weeks training is what code to use to issue a ticket. Kevin Parsons before he retired and before the police handed parking issues to local councils, told councils for many years that most of the lines and signs were not enforceable, but councils decided to ignore thier advice
I met the people involved today at the tribunal, and was told that all the CEO's have left in Exeter. DCC and ECC had their heavy mob there 5 of them, it will be interesting to see the outcome.
