Express and Echo and Western Morning today. HIGHWAYS chiefs have come under fire from residents and councillors for their handling of parking enforcement in the city. Nothing new from these unprofessional people
Dawlish Eye here is the link for you, and then you can make a statement to them. http://www.thisisexeter.co.uk/news/Parking-shambles-investigated/article-2986842-detail/article.html
Dawlish Eye Informer, check out the Express & Echo today here is the headline, but obviously you will not believe the article either, its about time you took your head out of your backside and caught with the world of corruption. " Parking 'shambles' to be investigated, says chief executive Cllr Prowse has sent a copy of his findings to senior county officers as well as the Secretary of State ...
What an idiot you are Dawlish Eye Informer, I was in court on the day the date was set by the Judge in Exeter, whats up cant handle the truth.
Express and Echo today "Parking officer is charged with doctoring a map A FORMER parking officer at the city council has appeared at Exeter Crown Court, accused of falsifying a document used in a motorist's appeal against a parking ticket. Geoffrey Urwin, 43, of Oxford Road, St James, in the city, appeared before Exeter Crown Court on Friday". The trial takes place on the 24th February 2011
PJD, I was thinking the same thing.
Exeter CC employee G Urwin has now been referred to the Crown Court, Dec 3rd, to answer the charge of Misconduct in Public Office, he airbrushed out part of the road name on the map, also made a false statement to the Parking Adjudicator to force a Parking Ticket to be paid. He has since left the Council. If found guilty the maximum sentence is LIFE, a bit extreme but thats what it is.
The express and echo today, I wonder how many times this has happened.
If it is the same person BEWARE he charged a pensioner friend of mine £300 to fit a ballcock in the toilet cistern.
