Was there adequate advertising before the consultation was conducted? I remember a consultation excersise before CCTV was born here in Dawlish and it was claimed by the now defunct mayor (Tom Bush)that there was overwhelming support. Cllr Wills has said on the telly, "the previous duck warden, (Julian Lawley)when refering to the swans, had a sucessful breeding program. Where is the evidence of that Mr Wills? For the swans to go from over twenty to now just five and two of those are kept in cruel conditions in the aviary (where is the RSPCA?) must be the joke of the town.
Now that the smoking ban has kicked in and it is an offence to drink outside the pub £75 smackers if you are caught, make sure CCTV can't see you. If it can, then you could also end up paying another £75 smackers for dropping your butt on the ground(litter). You have been warned and it could be a costly drink.
