I wonder if high rents and low wages might have something to do with the HB Bill? But to get back to the Sangs provision and this development. As nothing is yet in the public domain about where the Sangs provision for the Shutterton Park development is going to be, I imagine that Redrow and TDC are presently in discussion/negotiations about this (S106 agreement allows for the developer to provide the Sangs providing TDC approves of location and access etc if Warren Farm ...
