Andysport, I guess I am a bit slow, brain cells dropping dead daily. My concern is these people are supposed to be professional and are taking money from the public for unlawful parking which if they are correct is ok. But how many other mistakes are they making and being misssed.

This posting has only ever been about PCN's, I would have thought my second para made that clear. Monies collected from parking machines can be used for other purposes.
