Well anyway, for those that don't pay for themselves, I think they should be given vouchers for necessary needed items, and not be given money, so that they can't enjoy themselves on the rest of us.
OK, so at some time in the future hopefully we will have a new train station foot bridge. Excellent.
The viaduct now looks great, perhaps they can do something with the train station foot bridge!
Well, I know a few that just sit in cafes or walk their dog. Surely they should be doing something to pay for themselves.

Why are cafes now filled with single parent mothers and doleys? In the old days they used to be filled with old people relaxing & reading the news etc. Is it because only doleys can afford they prices of coffee these days?
