On Thursday 4th May Dawlish voters will have the opportunity to elect one councillor to represent Dawlish on Devon County Council. There are many reasons why those who may wish to vote may not be able to do so in person (infirmity, on holiday, work commitments etc) in which case they can vote by post. Details of how to do so can be found here https://www.teignbridge.gov.uk/votebypost

To get back to where it may have been kept all this time. If in a bank vault then perhaps with the private bankers C. Hoare &Co? After all isn't there a connection between that bank and Dawlish? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sir_David_Hoare,_9th_Baronet

I was going to click on the agree button but then I thought I'd write a comment instead and say "thank you". Wow! I can well understand people staying in the shadows.  I used to only read this forum and not write on it (true!). But then some years back a regular poster at that time (no longer with us I believe)) had a go at me by name because of my trying to save Sandy Lane playing fields ...

Okay .....so.....this is how I think this new park could be accessed on foot coming from the Dawlish end. Walk up to Sainsbury's then down through the new Redrow estate towards the Warren. At some point there should be a place for pedestrians to cross over Shutterton Lane to/from the Redrow estate to/from the new countryside park. But I agree that there should be a walkway of some kind ...
