I was suprised to be informed that Teignbridge DC only need a USER NAME and PASSWORD to access the DVLA data base, they have five licences used for different reasons to request driver/keeper information. In 2012 one of those licences was suspended by the DVLA for 12 months, I don't know the reason, but I have asked the question Why?
