I was suprised to be informed that Teignbridge DC only need a USER NAME and PASSWORD to access the DVLA data base, they have five licences used for different reasons to request driver/keeper information. In 2012 one of those licences was suspended by the DVLA for 12 months, I don't know the reason, but I have asked the question Why?

I was very impressed with Morrisons variety of products, so it gets the thumbs up from me, slight problem trying to find a parking space due to the number of cars.

Its supposed to be self financing, I understand from an official that they (CEO's) are instructed to issue at least 9 PCN's a day, which of course the council deny. It is supposed to be for traffic calming and congestion. I think the point of the progam is to prove the corruption taking place in some councils re parking legislation. As the crime is alleged it should not be included until proven guilty. Whilst I have sympathy for the worker who made the error its the tax payer who will pick up the £90.000 bill.
