A Dawlish beach goer has told of the moment they nearly 'jumped out of their skin' as an enormous military helicopter rumbled over the beach. Well done and respect for your hard work picking up the litter. Should get a one off payment from the council for doing their work for them. I for one in Dawlish am less than happy with the ever decreasing services that I am having to pay £2657.91 in rates to Teignbridge Council. I am aware of the breakdown of the rates and who get's what percentage, but where have so many services gone!
