@Mcjrpc there is a designated flight path over dawlish so dependent on wind direction and aircraft destination flights will pass over us. still not as bad as the poor people near heathrow where it is one aircraft every 75 seconds at peak times.
It is time that we all write to first the local govt ombudsman complaining about the inept planning process and department that we have in Teignbridge. Our councillors that sit on the planning commitee make decisions in secret. This is against the principles of the council and the pressure placed on the commitee buy the leader has to be regarded as obscene and must border on being gross misconduct ...

Working time directive says not allowed, must have minimum 11 hours between shifts. So 14 + 11 = 25 and there are only 24 in a day.

Agreed, and perhaps the land owners on the north side of Secmaton Lane who are busy putting in planning applications for more houses outside those in the 20 year plan need to think also.
