Here are a just few I found instantly on Google. Whilst some of these actions are cloaked as procedural challenges, the real reason for the action is abundantly clear; stop Brexit at all costs. https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/782086/gina-miller-brexit-court-parliament-sovereignty https://www.law.ac.uk/blog/gina-miller-my-battle-against-brexit/ ...
The facts are that Remoaners inside and outside of parliament have pulled every trick in the book to overturn the referendum result. How many court actions have there been to stop Brexit? There's been so many that I have lost count. Some people even went to the Irish courts to try to get the Irish government to intervene to stop Brexit. We've also had the nauseating spectacle of British ...
Remoaners have spent the last three years trying to overturn the democratic decision made to leave the EU, and yet they claim to be democratic. Forum rules prevent me from saying exactly what I think about these people.
I imagine every adult in the country has data held on them by a great many organisations. It doesn't bother me one jot, why does it bother you?
Private companies will hold data on people, whether they (or the EU) like it or not. The Internet search results are only censored in EU member states, use a VPN service and you get the full uncensored results. Though, true to form, the EU would like the right to be forgotten extended worldwide, it thinks its jurisdiction should apply globally. Brussels is off its rocker.
And for that reason the UK already has its own copyright laws, as do other EU member states. The EU just cannot help itself interfering, it's like the "right to be forgotten" directive which means we in Europe now see censored versions of Internet search results, all because a Spanish bankrupt didn't want people knowing his history.
The EU parliament yesterday also passed the Copyright Directive, which has widely been described as “ending the Internet as we know it”. As this article explains, it will create two Internets; a heavily censored one in the EU and a free Internet in the rest of the world. https://capx.co/the-eus-censorious-copyright-directive-will-create-two-internets/ Did the people who voted Remain ...
When/if Brexit is ever delivered I shall probably give up voting altogether. Brexit has proved that votes are virtually worthless.
I am never voting for one of the two main parties ever again, it will be UKIP or another Brexit supporting party from now on.
JRM is as bad as the rest of them. A deal that was bad last week is still a bad deal this week, nothing has changed. At least the DUP stick to their principles.
