Teignmouth Coastguard and an ambulance crew were called to Coryton Cove, Dawlish after an eight year old girl got into trouble in the water on Saturday afternoon. The crews received the call out just after 4pm and she had to be pulled from the water. An ambulance was on hand for the youngster following the rescue. Source: ...

Another section of the sea wall open. Good news for all who have missed that lovely walk.

A LATE night car fire on a South Devon caravan park is thought to be arson. Firefighters were called to Ladys Mile Caravan Park in Dawlish just after 3am on Sunday.
