I must be living in a different Dawlish as 'you will love the beautiful setting of The Lawn' seems a far difference from my Dawlish where the Lawn looks somewhat different. Also 'vibrant array of shops', my Dawlish has betting shops, charity shops, over priced nik naks and shoe shops with a smattering of convenience stores. I must find out where this rather stunning sounding ...

Have to pop down and see them, they had some nice quality garden tools and chainsaw's last and at a pretty good price considering they looked almost brand new. I believe they will even source gear for you if it is not currently in stock.
They ask for the opinions of the town's folk and always do the complete opposite as long as it can waste as much money as possible and continue the rapid downward spiral of decay to the town, in my opinion. Observations over the past 20 odd years living in Dawlish.
Does that mean they will fix all the large pot holes or just put signs out for them to avoid falling in. I assume it will be the latter knowing anything todo with Dawlish, unlike Newton Abbot and Teignmouth.
