THIEVES cut padlocks and threw security bars into the sea while breaking into a row of beach huts in Dawlish. A letter from Network Rail today say that due to an incoming weather event expected midday Friday, 13th February that they urgently need to concrete the next bay of installed precast concrete units to avoid any damage caused by wave action.
