Take a walk around the town centre and see how many TDC bins you can see. We could do with at least 4 more down the Strand preferably metal with a cigarette butt bin on top like in Exeter. Private wheelie bins get used between emptying and being brought in , visitors to the area do not know our recycling rules!!! We pay enough in Council Tax without offering our bins free of charge.
