Indisputable: Incontestable: not open to question; obviously true; Undisputable: Not capable of being disputed, not subject to doubt or question, certain, assured. Pretty similar semantically, I would say. Either way it's a fact - the statistics prove this to be the case (unless you believe that the statisticians are in on the conspiracy too?).

Let's hope you didn't get burgled at 7pm tonight. After all, by your reckoning, it's a free for all after that time, so why should the upholders of the law bother investigating?! Yellow lines are there for a reason - people who park on them (no matter what time of day/night) are deliberately breaking the law and deserve their punishment.
