POLICE say that early indications suggest that the newly imposed Public Space Protection Order in Dawlish has had a positive effect in the town. I do not agree monty. I believe that Victorian or old buildings which are not now up to standard are better off sold for residential development. An example is the extra care home of Daw Vale, which like many building will be expensive to deal with due to asbestos. This land should be used to build an acute mentlhealth facility. These disenfranchised abandoned people are on the streets or in prison. i agree @Lynne . let's face it singular cyclists are unlikely to use this cycle path, it's more likely going to be families. you do wonder the thought process behind some of these decisions.

And now I've looked at the transport assessment. On page 2 it gives details of the accidents that have happened on the A379 near to this proposed SANGs.
