I do not agree monty.  I believe that Victorian or old buildings which are not now up to standard are better off sold for residential development. An example is the extra care home of Daw Vale, which like many building will be expensive to deal with due to asbestos. This land should be used to build an acute mentlhealth facility. These disenfranchised abandoned people are on the streets or in prison. Or wrongly placed in care homes, because there is no where for them to go. Watcome closed Spurfield closed. St Michaels in Newto Abbott closed. Never mind we'll just build more houses. It's a scandal.

i agree @Lynne .  let's face it singular cyclists are unlikely to use this cycle path, it's more likely going to be families.  you do wonder the thought process behind some of these decisions.

And now I've looked at the transport assessment. On page 2 it gives details of the accidents that have happened on the A379 near to this proposed SANGs. With regard to the A379 and the Shutterton Lane junction it shows that there have ony been two slight accidents of late - one on 12.1.15 and the other on 27.4.15.
