You see, that's where you're going wrong majorp. You're being too literal. It clearly says that the charge for parking is payable when you leave your vehicle and you purchase a ticket from a machine. Sorry to disagree, but it's black and white.
I have moved to Dawlish recently from a city where we had to wait up to three weeks for a non emergency GP appointment. Sorry to butt in, but it's the government that's killing the NHS. It's as simple as that. And it won't get any better when Theresa May and/or her cronies, privatises the NHS and paves the way for her friends at American private healthcare firm Kaiser Permanente to take over.
