Please note that the deadline for emails of support is by the end of play today - Thursday 15th November. GWR Access for All funding bid for Dawlish station - can you help? From: Mark.HopwoodGWR-MD <Mark.HopwoodGWR-MD@gwr.com> Dear Andrew [Dawlish Town ...

Have just bought today's Dawlish Gazette. Other than an article and 2 x letters concerning the new proposed dog regulations, which is a Teignbridge District Council wide matter and not a Dawlish specific one, I can find nothing about any other issues raised at last week's town council meeting. Which, given that no-one from the press was there, I suppose is only to be expected. ...

from the minutes of the Dawlish Town council meeting held 7.11.18 LAND AT SPRINGFIELD GARDENS Members considered a report detailing what action, if any, should be taken in respect of land at Springfield Gardens, Dawlish. Although both may give different versions of the same thing and with different  styles of English. If people are unable to attend in person then a ...

See the letters page (71) and also page 3 of this weekend's Dawlish Post. One letter is from the Chairman of Teignmouth Traders' Association saying that the proposals would have an adverse effect on trade in the town. Have Dawlish town centre/Dawlish Warren traders any thoughts on this matter, I wonder?

The last time a reporter from the local press attended a Dawlish Town Council meeting was back in the summer. There was a Dawlish Town Council meeting again last night and again there was no-one there from the press. So how are the citizens of Dawlish supposed to know what is going on if their only source of information is from the local press? It seems last night's council meeting had ...
