If there are any councilors reading this I would personally like to offer my services as the official Seagull culler of Dawlish free of charge. I would willingly do this as revenge for them cra**ng on my car every day. Plus I hate the way they look at you on the lawn with those beady little eyes. Get me the legal permission and I wont let you down
Bring it on the more supermarkets in town or out of town, the more competition and that can only mean lower prices and better offers. Tesco beat Sainsbury's on price all the time everywhere. Hope they build a nice car park with free parking for locals and maybe a free bus from Holcombe and West Cliff preferably avoiding the pedestrianized town center with its sad old charity shops and estate ...
ive been told that they are protected and you cannot shoot them like pigions etc. Why is this ? Surely they are vermin and should be treated as such.. The duck warden such be made responsible for culling them legally
Guess what Lynne - Just like all the rest, e-mailed them to ask questions prior to election. No answer therefore no vote back to square one
Just read a very interesting story on South West Business at the following link http://www.southwestbusiness.co.uk/homepagetest/action-curb-superstores/article-3432356-detail/article.html Its seems rather two faced that the NFU want to support their members regarding price but wont support any campaigns to stop supermarket construction
How about making Supermarket developments incorporate a block of affordable flats into their plans say one flat per 100 sq meters of store. These could be erected from cheap timber frames like Butlins twin decked chalets used to be, and could form part of the car park area. The council could then provide a list of waiting tenants and these could be vetted on the basis of financial suitability. ...
Also ex forces and also sick of the useless scum this country seems to be cursed with. The authorities however seem incapable of dealing with them effectively, so as you suggest maybe the people trained in armed and unarmed combat should. Once a few of them are treated to a long stay on the NHS the rest might think twice. On second thoughts even that is probably to good for them and would cost ...
Hi Steve. Farther in law had new energy efficient storage heaters fitted under this scheme. He is 74 but he says Age Concern (UK) organised it and EDF energy paid for it. Looks like it could be a tax loop hole for the energy supply companies or some carbon emission, Green crap. Cant find any evidence that the tax payer is footing the bill and it certainly isnt a scam the stuff is top quality and ...
How many loaded up and went to the re-cycling centre this weekend not realising it is no more. Remember your wasted trip on May 5th when you vote. Not read much from the exsisting bunch of councilors on the subject, maybe one of the perks is that the Blitz team collect thier rubbish for them
Sounds like you may like to work for them yourself, put your name down and best of luck
