@DJ - you put forward a good arguement, but the only things going down are the council costs and the services we have paid for in dawlish, through high rates.
@JC - Why don't u phone the estate agents and find out what is actually going on instead of jumping to possibly unfounded libalious accusations!

It would seem that the official confirmation of the new charge for your garden waste has been confirmed in the Teignbridge connect pamphlet. I know that there had been lots of rumours, but now it is in print. The subscription only service will start at £35 for a year, supposedly per bin. Just start to watch that charge continue to go up ahead of inflation year after year. Another cash cow ...
