Peter Dodd was found with the weapon after a fight in Exeter's High Street in which a 17-year-old youth from Exmouth suffered a minor cut to his neck. Devon and Cornwall Police say they are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man on Tuesday (18 July). The man, named locally as Todd Riggs, from Holsworthy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
