Whilst caravans in the summer and lorries all year round cause chaos at Starcross pillars, there are still plenty of idiots who speed at over twice the limit along the stretches immediately either side of the pillars. I can't believe that people are against this idea. I hope it gets extended into Dawlish and Holcombe.
