Why don't you give it a rest JC, I'm sure I'm not the only one getting a little tired of your 'Mightier than thou' attitude! Why not try holding your breath for five minutes and give everyone else a rest.
Shame the house wasn't built from the self righteous ingredients that JC is full of, that's chalmers not the other one. The house would have stood till the end of time.
Walked past yesterday evening and the pavement was still blocked with the debri. Just waiting for the rest of it to come down on someones head!
I had only walked past the bakery the day before and noticed the 2 large cracks either side of the window of the upstairs flat. I'm sure Ryders have got enough dough to fix it though!

I expect the screen will be more houses! They seem to have destroyed most of the tree line that was in place on the borders when they first started destruction, I mean construction!
Sounds like an enjoyable event, although a few years ago. A bird of prey flying demo on The Lawn was cut short due to the seagulls and rooks mobbing the bird of prey.
@burneside - take a pop up to west london and you'll see much worse driving, by motorists, than going along the middle of the pavement. as to those cyclist who feel they have to wear gimp suits to ride their bike, i think it speaks for itself.
