Reading about Bordeaux’s food markets and wine pairings makes me think about how every place has its own food charm. Back in the U.S., I usually stick to familiar comfort food when I’m not traveling. I often check out the menu at places like Waffle House ;  not as fancy as Bordeaux, but still hits the spot when you're craving something classic.
