'If the aim is to encourage Dawlish in every way ...I think it will put anyone off the place. Mentions the lack of this, lack of that, no Supermarket etc ..all negative.. doesn't exactly fly the flag for Dawlish. Why be SO negative ??? ..must be one good thing surely ?' Oh for pity's sake! The Regeneration Group's aim is to IMPROVE Dawlish - it won't need to improve things that are already good! ...
