'Living in Dawlish already means you have won in the lottery of life.' Why are house prices higher in Topsham and Lympstone then? Bet they don't have a dog poop problem there. All we are saying is that Dawlish is pretty nice but it is spoilt by the actions of certain people. It could also do with an upgrade.
