The scary thing here is that I don't know if some of these posters are being funny or whether they are actually serious! Some people seem to be defending the dog owners right to let their dog crap all over the town! In most of the UK the law is rigorously upheld and everyone supports it apart from a few lazy people who can;t be arsed (if you'll excuse the term) to clean up after their dogs. We ...
