I am afraid that I agree with you. What could be a really useful resource is being devalued by pointless/abusive postings.

Honest and open debate is desirable but it is less easy when cloaked in anonymity.

Yes, I know some of them who were probably mature responsible teenagers until they discovered alcohol.

Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of those teenagers will grow into mature responsible adults.

As I listened, I could barely detect the song of the blackbird amidst the cawing of the rooks. I shall listen again.
